Our work has received enthusiastic, rave reviews from the Prime Minister of Grenada and senior officials of Barbados to Frostburg State University, 8th Army (Korea), E! Entertainment Television, North East Foods, NASA, YPO, VA, ATF, HUD, Ikea, GE Medical Systems, National Security Agency,

Billboard Music Group, EMI, US Sentencing Commission, European Council of International Schools (ECIS), Giant Foods, Indian Health Services, Federal Judiciary, Baltimore City Department of Education, Tuscan Dairy Farms, Black Public Relations Society, many pro athletes, and others around the globe, including a number of urban youth initiatives. We have a ton of references - corporate, government, international, non-profit, white collar/blue collar. Here's a quick example of one of my past international seminars (TV ad, Sri Lanka) >

In August 2002, all of the Kings and Queens of Africa were invited to attend a Pan African Conference in Benin, West Africa. I participated as an invited speaker/facilitator at this event as we addressed ways to prevent conflict and tribal warfare.

Joel's Latest Book I presented at the US Bankruptcy Court Clerks Conference, early 2000. The Federal Judicial Center broadcasted an edited 6 minute segment via satellite during May 2000 -- view it below.

Another arena of expertise has to do with coaching. I am available to be kept on retainer for what could be called Critical Incident Debriefings (CID). This is a proven individualized and confidential 10-hour program, spanning almost three months, especially designed for senior executives and key employees who have exhibited racial insensitivity, inappropriate sexual advances, stress and/or anger problems in the workplace.

Enough with the resume'/obituary-type stuff. Perhaps you need a leadership-training program, an anger management/violence prevention program or some other program. All day workshop? Half day? Two-day retreat? Need me to travel (and I travel a lot) from the DC region? Need me for staff development training for your team? Need me to be a

"velvet hammer"? Convention speaker? Executive coaching? Need a long-term process for organizational culture change? Whatever your need, I will do my darndest to make you look good - plus we'll have a lot of fun. And that's a promise!!

Here’s my cell phone: 410.991.9718 -- or perhaps you can take a few moments right now to email your initial thoughts about how we can customize a program to fit your organization's needs. Here's a six minute streaming video clip ready for you to see right now.

Also, I thought you might be interested in a recently published book I co-authored -- Return To Glory: The Powerful Stirring of the Black Man. Endorsed by Bill Cosby, Julius Erving, Ben Carson, Joe Frazier and many others, this unique book is about black heritage and cross-cultural understanding. I am White and co-author is African American. The response to this book has been incredible! It is well-researched and reader-friendly. The award-winning 45-minute film version (DVD) of this book is now available online.

Out of the experience of writing this book has come a strong diversity program and a well-received 120-150 minute Black History presentation (and subsequent DVD) with PowerPoint, entitled "A White Man's Journey Into Black History"™. This presentation has been enthusiastically received at NASA, USDA, Seattle Port Authority, BIG and a number of other organizations. This presentation has been enthusiastically received at NASA, USDA, Seattle Port Authority, Blacks In Government (BIG) and a number of other organizations. You can see an overview of this presentation here. Feel free to let me know what you're thinking. Perhaps you will resonate with its message.

I have put together an expansive collection of Black History. Ask me how some pieces can be brought to a presentation at your organization.

The next time Freeman makes a presentation at your organization, you are invited to play a very special version of Bingo. Let him know that you are playing and he may even help you win.
